After moving to Texas in 2014 we bought a home that we literally could not get internet connection. It was the best thing for us as we really repaired our family and learned how to talk to each other instead of always having a screen in our faces.
One of the great things we have carried forward onto our new home is hard copy of books, cookbooks, and reference books. Before moving to Texas we owned zero cookbooks because we just always used Google or Pinterest to find recipes.
So five years after moving to Texas we have a collection of cookbooks that we use weekly to build our menus from. We do still go to Google or Pinterest as we navigate new health needs and we continue to add new cookbooks as we run across the ones that are most beneficial to our diet.
I wanted to share with you the cookbooks we that we are using in our almost off grid life daily to nourish our family.
